Superb Service
Octavio was great! I was involved in a hit and run accident that was particularly unusual. The guy who hit me and totaled my car provided false contact and insurance information at the scene. For a moment, I thought I was doomed and there would be no way for me to even attempt to reach a settlement. Low and behold Octavio saved the day, and somehow he was able to track down the driver's correct insurance information. From there Octavio was extremely diligent and attentive when it came to handling my case. He also aggressively negotiated my settlement and I was able to receive the kind of payment that I thought was fair. What I appreciated the most about Octavio's work was that he was always accessible and his communication was very consistent. I never had to worry about if or when I'd hear back from him with an update and that was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend his services.

Very responsive, kept me informed of my case as it developed.
Mr. Duran recently represented me as part of an auto claim. The other driver had no license or insurance. Mr. Duran kept me apprised of any developments in my case and was very quick to answer any questions i had. When i experienced difficulties with the hospital sending my expenses to collections by mistake Mr. Duran took care of it and handled it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Octavio.

Excellent!
Octavio worked for me on my auto accident case. I had undergone months of medical rehabilitation after two surgeries as a result of an accident. Octavio worked hard to reach an agreement with the auto insurance company to get me the maximum compensation for my injuries. I am very pleased with his attentiveness and assistance with my case. I recommend Octavio.
