I would highly recommend Joe. Joe was responsive and addressed my concerns directly. He was knowledgeable about options to solve issues with creditors. He knew the process well with the trustee’s office. I hired him for $500 to handle my debt collection case. He was responsive at first, but after a while, he stopped responding. I have attempted to call him a number of times just to get an update on my case, and he never returns my call, no matter what time of the day I call. I have also tried to call... on Saturdays. I leave voicemails each time, and he refuses to contact me back. I feel that is very unprofessional, seeing as how I paid him to represent me. Even if he just calls back to say that there are no updates, I would appreciate that. I have not spoken to him since November 2017, and I have been getting court correspondence in the mail lately. I was attempting to contact him to see what it means, but he is unresponsive to my outreach. I now have to explore other options regarding my collections case. I definitely would not recommend him following the experience I’ve had with him.
