Great Job Ilya!
I hired Ilya to write up a Client Agreement for me and had a great experience. Most impressive was his attention to detail and how thorough he was start to finish. As a Nutritionist, I don't speak in legal terms so upon receiving the first draft of this Client Agreement, I was instantly overwhelmed. Once I let him know, Ilya was quick to book a call and spent a generous amount of time going through each section and helping me fill out the document with a real-life example. By the end of the call, my overwhelm was lifted and I had a workable Client Agreement. I highly recommend hiring Ilya for your legal needs (especially if you are a business owner)!

The best Lawer ever!!!

Don't choose anyone else!
I have been represented by Ilya Zlatkin for almost two years now relative to my screenwriting contracts with producers and managers. His legal services are top notch, and I used to be an attorney, so I know the good from the bad. This firm knows ALL of the ins and outs of the entertainment industry and the laws that apply to them, so I have had nothing but success in my dealings as a screenwriter. A Rare Gem of a lawyer
You would be hard pressed to find a lawyer who does not recommend excessive legal action. Many lawyers pray on fear, but not Ilya! He even recommends no action in some cases. He is like the dentist who only wants to drill as a final option. Not only does he spend generous time taking care pf each client, but he genuinely cares about everyone and is a real hero among lawyers!

A pleasant first experience...
I recently decided to go out on my own in an entirely new field. Although I was able to stumble my way through a few preliminary things, I knew I needed help if I really wanted to create a successful business. I was referred to Ilya through a friend of mine and I couldn't be happier that I seized on the opportunity. Not only did he make things easier to digest, he did so in a non-condeceding, patient manner at a speed in which I could actually understand. Strongly recommend Ilya Zlatkin
Ilya Zlatkin is an outstanding attorney who I got to know in 2011-12 while he was an associate at the University of Richmond Intellectual Property Clinic. He soon demonstrated his expertise in this field as well as his detail-oriented and deeply conscientious work ethic. My university program worked with Mr. Zlatkin on a complicated intellectual property issue which entailed creating a grant agreement that outlined in detail the intellectual property rights of both granting agency and grantee. At every step in the process, Mr. Zlatkin communicated with me and advised me on best practices in the field. I cannot recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, his nuanced understanding of the issues, and his commitment to serving both his clients and the law.
