Jennifer Lynn Wong

From Aerospace & Defense to Entertainment & Media, Jennifer brings unique insights to her practice in working with entrepreneurs, artists, startups, and established ventures to help them develop business strategies, protect their intellectual property, and to achieve their goals.

Before launching Zlatkin Wong, Jennifer negotiated multimillion-dollar government and commercial contracts for a lead defense contractor in the global aerospace and defense technology industry. She advised stakeholders on risk mitigation and ensured compliance with the FAR and DFARS, including cybersecurity requirements for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors and small businesses.

Jennifer also worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as an intern, where she revised foreign trade agreements for the Office of Intellectual Property Policy and Enforcement. Jennifer went on to gain litigation experience at a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm.

Music and the performing arts have been an integral part of Jennifer’s life since childhood. She played the piano and flute and was First Chair Flute in both the band and orchestra. Jennifer performed with a local symphony orchestra, where she had the opportunity to perform and tour in Europe. In recent years, Jennifer has taken up aerial silks as a hobby and continues to support the creative community by being an active member of the tech and entertainment incubator that she works from called 2112. She also volunteers with Lawyers for the Creative Arts.
