Peter and his team were very helpful for us in the process of filing for bankruptcy. We gave them the paperwork they requested and they took care of the rest. They even sent out reminders about completing the mandatory credit counseling after filing. They were very diligent. As an aside, the one ...constructive criticism is that I wish I would've pushed on getting some student loan debt discharged. Though this is rare, it is in fact possible.
