I hired him based on these reviews to handle a simple purchase of condo. Incompetent enough to ask if we got an approval from bank when we were not even done getting documents from the seller. Which he certainly did not know about because he was not the one getting the docs, even though that is his j...ob...I was. Then, when I asked him to start doing his job, he just quit 1 week before closing leaving me unprotected w/o any reason. He seemed to just want to sit, have paralegal do basic work and collect the $$. Disaster, quitter and failure, not an attorney.
