Throughout my life, I have been involved in real estate acquisiton, rehab, managment and sales.  My academic studies at Northwestern include an MBA with a concentration in real estate.  I am a licensed real estate broker.

Since starting my private practice, I have been involved in real estate closings, real estate litigation, divorce real estate litigation,  probate litigation involving real estate,  landlord-tenant litigation, evictions and Self-Directed IRA investment management.

I love real estate.

My hobbies include antique car restoration.

Will hire again!
The services we received were phenomenal. While in court the judge commended her on her excellent work on my case! She knew her stuff and went full force with it! I will definitely be hiring her again in future when needed!

Great Lawyer
My family and I live out of state and Ms. Webb was a great help and asset in helping us sell property in Chicago. She walked us through the process, she handled all the paperwork and was easily accessible for the many questions that we had. She was very knowledgable and put our anxiety as ease. She was a pleasure to work with and I recommend her to anyone looking for great representation.

Real Estate Sale
Great Attorney, Great person, positive experience. She helped us with the sale of an inherited property that had many challenges. All involved parties lived out of state, but with her hard work the deal was successful. I felt very comfortable putting our business in her hands and we were well represented.

Calm voice and demeanor in the storm.
Case still active, but she is confident , and knowledgeable. I respect someone that will not be a "nodding head" and agree with everything I say. She is very personable, and is willing to allow me to do some leg work, to keep costs down.

Efficient service
Ms. Webb handled my case with ease. I'm very thankful for her prompt and reasonably priced service. Ms. Webb did not let my former tenants take advantage. I would recommend skill to anyone that requires an eviction attorney or other services. Thank you again Ms. Webb for a job well done.
