Highly recommend.

Mr. Schiller is truly knowledgeable, responsive and sincere. I first met him in 2013 and he has helped me throughout the process, from how to fill out the form to waiting periods and countless questions. I am extremely happy and pleased with his work, grateful for his knowledge and work, and honored... to provide feedback here. Whoever looking for a quality immigration attorney, would highly and certainly recommend Mr. Schiller.

Bill helped me obtaining permanent residence under national interest waiver petition, EB2, successfully despite my worries and doubt. He was very professional, realistic and very thourough. He knows his way through USCIS process very well as he has been doing this for a long time. Also, he was very a...pproachable and always available to answer any questions I have through out the process. Working with him and his team has been a great experience. In fact, I found Bill through this website and by reading through all the reviews! I'm really glad I found the right lawyer the first time. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone in need of an immigration attorney.

Excellent Immigation Attorney

My wife and I worked with Bill to apply for a marriage based Green Card. Bill guided us through the entire process from the application to the approval. He was always very responsive and was great at answering all of our questions. We would definitely recommend his service

Strongly Recommended! Very professional service.

I recommend William Schiller without hesitation. I am very glad that I worked with him on my case, which was a permanent residency application through national of interest. After spending some time to search a good lawyer, I eventually decided on Mr.Schiller. I had initally sent him an introduction ...email. He had kindly responded my email rapidly and invited me to his office to discuss everything in detail and added that the consultation meeting was free. After hearing from him about my chance for getting a green card via his objectivity and righteousness I was a bit disappointed that it was too difficult to receive a green card. However, I was very impressed by Mr. Schiller's professionalism and confidence and foremost his kind attitude towards me, which led me to start working with him. He suggested me that I should have focused how I could collect necessary documents, which are specific to my case. Like a doctor trying to treat his patient using individualized therapy to maximize the efficacy of his/her treatment, he approached my case in a very individualized way. With his associate lawyer we successfully collected all necessary paperwork and took all their advice to improve my CV until submission of my case. Throughout my application Mr. Schiller always responded my emails and informed me which steps I had to take before moving to next stage. Such as, I wanted to visit my country during my application. He made me to get psyched up before my visit. He was always very confident with his suggestions and I first hand saw that he was always right with all his advice. Because I needed some specific documents and I was not able to have them very rapidly, we spent 6-8 months to complete my case. However, I am very glad that we thoroughly worked on my case, which really paid off resulting in an approval for green card. I very much appreciated Mr. Schiller working with me and very impressed with their service and strongly recommend everybody their service.

I worked with Bill for my O1 visa and EB1-B green card applications. He is highly knowledgeable in his field as well as scientific. He prepared an excellent application for my O1 visa and it got approved in 4 days. I regard him one of the best immigration attorneys in USA. I highly recommend him for ...any immigration needs.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
