I had a very complicated asylum case

Bill is a nice outstanding immigration attorney. I worked with him and his team for six months on my asylum case after it got denied and referred to the immigration court. I had a very complicated asylum case that has been solved. He is very patient, listens carefully to all his clients needs and pro...vides the best legal advice. He cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to solve their cases, which helped me obtain the asylum after a long process and condensed schedules. My case was in immigration court and had been rescheduled two times during these six months. From motion to change venue, Pretrial, individual hearing, Bill was there, and he delivered the best services. I am so grateful for Bill's help and advice. I highly recommend Bill and his team for any immigration needs

Exceptional Quality of Service

For our situation, Bill, reviewed all the activites within the Green Card process with exceptional clarity for us. His diagnostic questions, pinpointed areas to focus on. His team guided us through a process we found to be easy, transparent, structured, and timely. If you are looking for partner, n...ot just a lawyer, but a partner in your immigration endeavors, one that is empathetic, responsive, knowledgeable and proactive in their communication I would recommend Bill Schiller and his team. Thanks Bill.... it was a pleasure working with you

mission impossible,not anymore

we approached Mr.Schiller after we consulted 4 famous immigration lawyers in chicago ,2 immigration lawyers in Los Anglos,1 immigration lawyer in New York,3 immigration paralegals and 1 pro bono refugee organization, in short we wasted considerable amounts of time and resources and we hit a dead en...d,with no attorney to represent us due to the complexity of our case (seven years of illegal stay, denied I-485) from the first time we met Bill we knew he is the one ,what an attorney and what a person,he is by far the most diligent ,resourceful, and reliable attorney. as a law professor and with his years of experience he is totally aware of all the immigration laws that have changed over the course of years and he knew how to apply them, as well as his knowledge of the system, how it works, what will work for our benefit and what won't and most importantly how law is interpreted in Chicago. Mr.Schiller has an excellent reputation in the professional community.and when talking about Bill I can't forget his excellent staff specially young attorney Yllka Seseri who worked under Bill's supervision on our case, she is knowledgeable, hard working and dedicated beyond words, treated us as family with humility, kindness and respect, guided us by the hand through the immigration process,Bill and his staff had us always informed of every step,ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS answering our phone calls and emails on the spot or in a matter of few hours, taking the time to listen ,answer and guide with knowledge and experience.Bill and his staff dealt with every document needed for our files without errors and extraordinary detail, they filed every form with USCIS on time. He also took valuable extraordinary actions during the interview ,he was very aggressive it was needed. believe me he is one of a kind attorney ,a quality that you do not find anymore,I can't find enough words to describe how intelligent and how he knows immigration very very well but at the same time very humble ,and the only person he cares about his client.he is the 10th attorney I consulted ,but without comparision he is the best, look no more he is the one,His great knowledge of the immigration procedures and his positive attitude with me, my family and the immigration officials, got a fast and positive resolution of the case.he is everything one might hope for in a lawyer: knowledgeable, prompt, respectful, very fair in pricing. He was quick to send us updates, answer the many questions that came up during the process To conclude, I would certainly recommend william schiller for all your immigration needs; you won't regret it! with WILLIAM SCHILLER we were GRANTED ASYLUM IN THE FIRST INTERVIEW AFTER 7 YEARS OF OVERSTAY ,FROM THE ASYLUM OFFICER

Wonderful Immigration Attorney

Bill Schiller is a wonderful immigration attorney. He and his staff, Rob are very professional. I was at first intimidated by the whole process of permanent residency petition under EB1 category. Bill helped me break it down into smaller tasks. He and his staff walked with me every step of the way. H...e is very easy to reach both by email and by phone. He is always prompt with his responses. Bill is very knowledgeable about the EB1 immigration matters. I enjoyed working with Bill. I am very thankful I was able to get the actual green card in only 7 months. I highly recommend Bill Schiller’s services for immigration matters.
