If you want to work with the BEST, hire Bill Schiller!

My case was complicated! I don't want to go into too much detail but I will tell you that it was a very very long standing issue and I was terrified to address it. During our consultation, before I even paid him a dollar, he stepped out of the room to get his assistant to check on something relat...ed to my issue. I could tell right away that he was sharp and highly driven to get everything just right. After we decided to engage him, Bill and his assistant sat with us to fill out the paperwork and review required documentation. He helped us prepare for the immigration interview by doing practice ones in his office. This really helped us be at ease. He took no risks with my case, we did every thing just right and my problem of 20 years was resolved in 5 months. Also, his price was incredibly reasonable (which included him accompanying us in the interview room)! Bill actually cares about the impact of immigration law on people's quality of life. He is not at all driven by taking advantage of people who are in a bind. He exceeded my expectation as a human being and a professional.

Strongly Recommended! Very professional service.

I recommend William Schiller without hesitation. I am very glad that I worked with him on my case, which was a permanent residency application through national of interest. After spending some time to search a good lawyer, I eventually decided on Mr.Schiller. I had initally sent him an introduction ...email. He had kindly responded my email rapidly and invited me to his office to discuss everything in detail and added that the consultation meeting was free. After hearing from him about my chance for getting a green card via his objectivity and righteousness I was a bit disappointed that it was too difficult to receive a green card. However, I was very impressed by Mr. Schiller's professionalism and confidence and foremost his kind attitude towards me, which led me to start working with him. He suggested me that I should have focused how I could collect necessary documents, which are specific to my case. Like a doctor trying to treat his patient using individualized therapy to maximize the efficacy of his/her treatment, he approached my case in a very individualized way. With his associate lawyer we successfully collected all necessary paperwork and took all their advice to improve my CV until submission of my case. Throughout my application Mr. Schiller always responded my emails and informed me which steps I had to take before moving to next stage. Such as, I wanted to visit my country during my application. He made me to get psyched up before my visit. He was always very confident with his suggestions and I first hand saw that he was always right with all his advice. Because I needed some specific documents and I was not able to have them very rapidly, we spent 6-8 months to complete my case. However, I am very glad that we thoroughly worked on my case, which really paid off resulting in an approval for green card. I very much appreciated Mr. Schiller working with me and very impressed with their service and strongly recommend everybody their service.

Responsive and responsible

I came to know of Mr. Schiller through a classmate who had her NIW application successfully processed through him. The lawyer that I had hired for my NIW application was unresponsive, irresponsible and withholding information from me. Mr. Schiller proved to be the opposite and was willing to spend hi...s personal time advising me on how to interact with my lawyer. When an RFE was issued on my I-485, I consulted Mr. Schiller for a second opinion. He was very quick to respond and review my case. I offered to pay Mr. Schiller but he declined. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a responsive, responsible and incredibly competent immigration lawyer to contact Mr. Schiller.

Green Card received. Great experience.

I've had a great experience with Bill. I'm a physicist, working at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. Russian. I needed an attorney to help me to apply for a green card. First I have met Bill in June 2010 when a friend of mine recommended him. Before the first meeting I have sent him my CV an...d he reviewed it. So, when I came, he explained me the whole process. He was honest and didn't promise me that I will receive the card 100%, however he did mention that they had never received a denial for a green card before. Their business is well organized. They have many people working for them helping with different things from reviewing letters to notarizing documents. It took me a year to get all documents ready (but it could be mu less - I was just busy with other things all the time). We submitted documents in June 2012. I got an approval for I-140 in August and also received advance parole document, so that I could travel abroad. Then in September I received a "Request for Additional Evidence", where they asked to provide evidence that I still work at the same place. This is very typical. After we submitted the response, I have received the green card within 2 weeks. So, overall everything went smooth. Money-wise I felt like they did a lot of work for what I have paid them, so I thought that was fair. So, I would recommend you talk to Bill. He'll review your CV and tell you whether he would take your case or not. That doesn't cost any money. But if he takes the case, you'll receive a very good quality service from these guys and hopefully will be as as glad as I am at the end. Good Luck!
