GREAT HUMAN, GREAT ATTORNEY

In our consultation, He asked me questions and told me very specific details about my case, i had 2 cases with immigration, i was wondering about the strategy, he didnt hide anything, just told me straight, we can do like that like that. So you make sure, he will win your case. But first he show how ...he will do and you trust him. If he takes your case, he will tell you we can do that ! But many others dont and you have no idea when you will end your immigration trip !

Green Card

My wife and I hired Bill to help us with my wife’s green card process. Bill is a compassionate, knowledgeable expert and he has been helpful at every step—from compiling and submitting our documents to helping us understand what to expect in our interview. Bill was always available when we needed him... and was very easy to reach by phone and email. We are so glad we chose Bill (and his great staff!) to help us achieve this milestone. We will be recommending Bill to our friends and family in the future. Thank you Bill!

Knowledgeable and Compasssionate Lawyer

I hired Bill after I received RFE for my case. Bill is very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking attorney who really loves his job and his clients. Bill was able to provide me detailed advice on the potential risks and options I had on my immigration process. He is extremely thorough, detailed orien...ted and determined attorney. Bill is a consummate professional and know his way around the laws and procedures extremely well. My case got approved because of him. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who needs immigration services. Thanks You Bill!

Experience, compassion, ethical and results driven

I have worked with Bill Schiller for about 20 years. He managed my case from B2 - F1 - H1B - Green card - Citizenship. At every step of the way he helped me organize copious amounts of documents and ensured that everything was submitted correctly. He made the entire process simple and easy to follo...w. His costs were beyond reasonable given the complexity and amount of time required for each step. He was with me through the interview process and it helped alleviate the intense amount of anxiety that goes with. Bill's wealth of knowledge, expertise and kindness are invaluable. You will not find better representation you can trust. He is also incredibly easy to work with and an all round wonderful person. I have referred Bill to friends and family and will continue to do so as long as he is practicing. Bill Schiller is the reason that I can enjoy all the perks, privileges and responsibilities of being a US citizen.

Citizenship

After 20 years of different visas and green card the time hadarrived to start my citizenship process. New to Chicago and not knowing many people, I decided to look on the web for a good rated Lawyer. I called a few different firms and I was astonished with the luck of customer service, some lawyer th...ink that they are kings and we have to serve them. Then I found Doc. Bill Shiller. I called and a left him a voicemail, within 10 minutes had a call Doc. Shiller directly. He offered me to go to his office that Saturday since he was going to be there and that way he would have more time to spend with me and analyze my case. Whenever I have emailed Doc. Shiller I always had an answer within 5 minutes. His attention to detail and level of professionalism is impeccable. If you are looking for a lawyer that cares about YOU and your case.... this is your lawyer. Don’t waste your time with others....

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
