Highly Recommend!

A few years ago, I was presented with an employment opportunity of a lifetime. Like many who seek to better their lives and advance their careers, personal sacrifices and risk are inherent. Before accepting the opportunity, I contacted Marc Siegel to assist with an employment agreement to ensure ...my family’s sacrifice had some insurances demonstrating that the company’s intentions were honorable. Fast forward two years and I was faced with the reality the company’s intentions were something different than presented and I was being indirectly terminated. Unfortunately, the company would not initially acknowledge the employment agreement and I hired Marc to pursue legal action against the company. The company made baseless claims and tried to strong arm me to negotiate significantly less money than owed. Fortunately, the agreement Marc had negotiated paid dividends; something I never thought would be entertained. Further, Marc’s tenacity against the company was so effective, he was not only able to recoup the full value of my agreement, he also recouped his attorney fees – never having to go to court. Marc’s constant communication and updates were professional, incredibly helpful, and always appreciated. I cannot thank the team at Siegel and Dolan, specifically Marc Siegel, enough and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking legal employment assistance.

Pushed For Mediation

I was in a horrible work environment where I was exceeding expectations, yet I was constantly harassed and treated unfairly. The harassment seemed to get worse after complaining internally. My only option was to resign. I contacted Marc's office while still employed and explained the situation. Mar...c and team worked diligently to quickly secure an amicable separation by pushing to mediate. Thanks to Marc and team I walked away with my dignity and more than I could have secured had I just resigned.

Paycheck Payment

Marc Siegel and his staff were very helpful in helping me obtain payment for work completed from a previous employer. Marc laid out my options and guided me during the discussions with my previous employer. He sought my opinion during the process and his continued guidance during these discussions ...was invaluable. His grasp of Illinois law and its application to my situation was very helpful in obtaining an agreement. I wholeheartedly recommend Marc Siegel to anyone with a potential employment issue.

Excellence all around

Marc Siegel represented me during a dispute over terms of a separation agreement with my former employer. From the moment he agreed to take the case, his attentiveness, confidence, and diligence never waivered. He approached the matter professionaly, yet with a personal touch. I knew I was in good... hands by the way he explained the case as he saw it and by the way he plotted our course of legal action. Never once did I feel he was talking down to me or over my head. He constantly kept me informed, either through e-mails or phone calls. When called upon, his associates also provided the utmost professional service. The resolution, reached quite expeditiously, was most positive for me. I am certain such a resolution could not have been attained on my own or -- perhaps -- even with another attorney. I would not hesistate to use Marc's services again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation.
