Excellent Attorney!

Kevin Clancy did a great job in a case brought by a former employer. He is excellent under pressure and his his in-depth knowledge and experience was very important to us. I highly recommend him.

K. Clancy review

I am very please with the work that Kevin is doing on our behalf. He has proven himself as knowledgeable, responsive, and always keeping an eye out for our best interests. To top all of that, he has gotten results that exceeded our expectations.

Kevin Clancy review

I contracted with Kevin and his law firm to represent me in initiating a federal lawsuit. I have never done this before and certainly do not plan on doing it again. Kevin and his associates have done a great job of alleviating my concerns and helping to guide me through the process. There is much ...involved in a federal lawsuit that does not make much sense to a layperson. He explained what was happening, why it was happening, and what the next steps probably were going to be - and he was correct at each juncture. I do not always think of lawyers as being pleasant people to be around. Kevin is an exception. He is the type of person that I would enjoy sitting down with a beer when the case is settled and all is done. Kevin does a good job of researching all of the issues involved in a complicated lawsuit and explaining the issues in terms that I understand. For many reasons I hope to never have to use a lawyer again - if I do, it will be Kevin and his associates in his law firm.

Outspent 4 to 1, and we still won

Kevin Clancy literally saved our business. I don’t know how to state this more clearly. We were a new business in our first year and we were sued by a hostile competitor hell-bent on putting us out of business. They hired bull-dog attorneys and outspent us 4 to 1, doing everything possible to int...imidate us, tie our hands, occupy our time and drain our cash. But we had Kevin in our corner. He was calm and effective when they jumped and screamed. He was intelligent and strategic when they tried to outflank us. And he was passionate and persuasive in defending us in court. Kevin was brilliant in his legal work and equally impressive in the way he coached us through an extremely difficult time. He made it possible for us to focus on the challenges of starting a new business while also fighting for our professional lives in court. It was a year I will never forget, but the story has a very happy ending. Our business is doing great. If this review sounds over the top, well good. That’ accurate. If it sounds fake, ask Judge William Maki about Kevin Clancy and the six young defendants who were regulars in his courtroom in the summer of 2009.

McManaman Employment Contract

My case was an employment contract that was very complicated. I was the plaintiff. The defendant was a large corporate body that didn't fully understand the contract or the intricacies of many of its provisions. Kevin and team were able to simplify and make very complicated arguments easily under...standable, especially to the Appellate Court. The lower court judge never fully understood the key elements of the case. It was the clarity of our arguments that eventually won the day. Getting to this point required not only an excellent grasp of the law, but a complete understanding of the economics of the situation and written and oral explanations of such in a clear and concise manner. This is where Kevin excelled. Kevin handled this case for almost 6 years, through 2 appeals, for which we won both.
