I hired Kate Sedey, as my employer was becoming unsupportive of doctor-recommended accommodations and had violated my ADA rights. She was a strong supporter, not only from the beginning to the end. One example is when an incident occurred on the other party's end almost 6 months. Kate was readily ...available, communicated with their lawyer, and handled it within a day or two. Kate and Becca are great and work in tandem; almost like a therapist team when you really need it!

Speechless

I hired Kate Sedey to assist me with discrimination that I was facing gym my employer. I was unsure if I actually had a case, or if I was just being sensitive. Kate took the time to meet with me, help me understand what next steps would look like, looked at my documents and never once made me feel ...like I was wrong, stupid, or an inconvenience no matter how many questions I asked. She was so thorough with any answers she provided and always asked what I wanted to do. She took so much time and care with my case and we were successful with the outcome. The entire process was stressful, but with Kate on my team, it made a lot smoother. If I ever needed a lawyer again, she would be the first one I would contact.

15/10 would recommend!!! Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was transparent and straightforward in answering any of my 8 million questions. She was professional and responsive and made me feel as if my case was a top priority. I had a disability discrimination and workplace retaliation c...ase, and she made the whole thing painless for me. She ended up getting me more than 3 times the amount my employer was previously going to offer as severance. If I ever need another lawyer (which hopefully I won’t…. I will definitely be reaching out to her for representation or a referral.
