Professional and courteous attorney

Ms. Sedey guided me through a job termination which was (in my opinion) unjustified by my former employer. Ms. Sedey was very professional throughout the process for my settlement and explored several potential avenues of recourse. The settlement was very stressful for my wife and me, but Ms. Sedey... made the process as easy as possible.

Great Attorney

Kathleen did a wonderful job negotiating a settlement in a wrongful termination case. She did a great job dealing with the opposing counsel who had no background or accurate information regarding the claim. I would highly recommend Kathleen to anyone else in a similar situation.

A pro you can trust!!

I'm sure being professional is a minimal level expectation when researching a lawyer, but it's that second part of my title which I believe is much more rare. Trust is a loaded concept when it comes to the law, for whatever reason you find yourself desperately needing to trust an expert to trust tha...t the trust you had in your previous employer had been unethically severed. I am by no means a legal expert, but I can certainly tell when I have met someone honest and trustworthy. Kate is an intelligent, hard-working and personable lawyer who has been able to help me address and seek a resolution to a very complicated wrongful termination situation.
