I could not have been more fortunate than to have received a recommendation to consult with and hire Jim Hagler. I contacted The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving to help me get a fair visitation schedule for my son who is in school now and we have a schedule that changes a lot and the father is not flexible. I wanted my son to have some stability and be able to spend time in his own home on school nights and b...e able to plan vacations, birthday parties, etc. I didn’t want to take the father to court but needed to as it was in the best interest of my son. James Hagler is a terrific, no nonsense lawyer. He handled a very sensitive post divorce matter. After my experience with two previous family lawyers I was shocked that a divorce lawyer of Mr. Haglers caliber existed.
