I went to the Leving Law Firm and had a consultation with Mr. Hagler and before leaving that office I knew he was the one I needed to help me get custody of my grand daughter. The review is my account of my consultation experience with James Hagler, attorney at the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving. This lawyer REALLY knows his law and goes above and beyond his job to ensure success in clients cases even if it's just for consultation. He's a lawyer who cares about the outco...me of those who request him. I found him to be very passionate about my case even though it was only a consultation. He was thorough and very detailed in providing me information to represent myself in an out of county case. If it wasn't for COVID-19 and the loss of my job I would have paid to have him represent me. In dealing with him I quickly realized there are people who still care in the world regardless of rather you hire them or not. The man has a great heart and let a great impression on me. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a family lawyer. I have a case I plan on petitioning in Chicago once I get back on my feet. Once I have the funds Mr. Hagler will be my representation. I definitely wouldn't have it any other way. This is a genuine guy who cares about all who cross his path. If you need a lawyer consult with him and decide for yourself. I contacted the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving because as a Father and Grandfather I have sadly watched as my son's visitation and relationship with his daughter was being destroyed by her Mother as she was setting my son up to look like a Father who didn't care in order to remove his daughter out... of the US. My son and I were very easily able to set up a Saturday morning appointment with Mr. Hagler. Just the fact we could meet with Mr. Hagler on a Saturday and upon entering the Jeffery Leving offices seeing an office full of people working on a Saturday morning was super impressive! My son's situation is not only having crushing results on his relationship with his daughter, but it is greatly effecting my Granddaughters relationship with extended family on both sides here in the US. My son has been very depressed as any one would be, but Mr. Hagler reviewed the documents my son brought and once he started talking it was very refreshing because Mr. Hagler was giving us the answers to our questions even before we asked them. Mr Hagler even touched on things we were unaware of and he understands the impact this is having on the whole family. Jim Hagler is the kind of Attorney and person that anyone in this type of situation needs to have on their side. To see my son after our meeting finally feeling that all is not lost was GREAT! I am greatly looking forward to my son continuing to work with Mr. Hagler and the Jeffery Leving team.
