James Mitchell Hagler

The review is my account of my consultation experience with James Hagler, attorney at the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving. This lawyer REALLY knows his law and goes above and beyond his job to ensure success in clients cases even if it's just for consultation. He's a lawyer who cares about the outco...me of those who request him. I found him to be very passionate about my case even though it was only a consultation. He was thorough and very detailed in providing me information to represent myself in an out of county case. If it wasn't for COVID-19 and the loss of my job I would have paid to have him represent me. In dealing with him I quickly realized there are people who still care in the world regardless of rather you hire them or not. The man has a great heart and let a great impression on me. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a family lawyer. I have a case I plan on petitioning in Chicago once I get back on my feet. Once I have the funds Mr. Hagler will be my representation. I definitely wouldn't have it any other way. This is a genuine guy who cares about all who cross his path. If you need a lawyer consult with him and decide for yourself. I promise you will have the same experience of someone who knows what he talking about and genuinely cares about your success in winning your case.

James, Was my 4th lawyer and by far the best. He’s a true anomaly in the Family Law world, where most attorneys don’t care about you at all. James was extremely helpful in keeping me sane during the stressful times of fighting over the rights to see my children. You can tell he genuinely cares, ...and isn’t one of those lawyers looking to make a quick buck. His billing is more than fair. He’s made himself available even after he no longer represented me to guide me in the right direction. If everyone was as capable, smart and genuine of an attorney as Mr. Hagler the world would be a much better place. I couldn’t possibly give him a better rating and my words aren’t doing justice as to just how incredible he is. Do yourself a favor and retain him ASAP - lots of bullshitters outnthere and he’s not one of them. You don’t want to have to go through dealing with unethical money grabbers first - take it from someone else is that who has spent / wasted $60k on other lawyers.

I was extremely fortunate to be represented by Mr Hagler. He was persistent in assuring I was treated fairly financially in a complicated case. Through his expertise, he realized I needed to talk to a professional therapist to handle all of the life changes I was undergoing. Not one phone call went u...nanswered.
