James, Was my 4th lawyer and by far the best. He’s a true anomaly in the Family Law world, where most attorneys don’t care about you at all. James was extremely helpful in keeping me sane during the stressful times of fighting over the rights to see my children. You can tell he genuinely cares, ...and isn’t one of those lawyers looking to make a quick buck. His billing is more than fair. He’s made himself available even after he no longer represented me to guide me in the right direction. If everyone was as capable, smart and genuine of an attorney as Mr. Hagler the world would be a much better place. I couldn’t possibly give him a better rating and my words aren’t doing justice as to just how incredible he is. Do yourself a favor and retain him ASAP - lots of bullshitters outnthere and he’s not one of them. You don’t want to have to go through dealing with unethical money grabbers first - take it from someone else is that who has spent / wasted $60k on other lawyers.

My first attorney did not do a very good job representing me and neither did the second. Finally, after 8 years of nonsense, I met with Mr. James Hagler and he and his team understood my concerns and acted quickly to address them. I contacted the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving because as a Father and Grandfather I have sadly watched as my son's visitation and relationship with his daughter was being destroyed by her Mother as she was setting my son up to look like a Father who didn't care in order to remove his daughter out... of the US. My son and I were very easily able to set up a Saturday morning appointment with Mr. Hagler. Just the fact we could meet with Mr. Hagler on a Saturday and upon entering the Jeffery Leving offices seeing an office full of people working on a Saturday morning was super impressive! My son's situation is not only having crushing results on his relationship with his daughter, but it is greatly effecting my Granddaughters relationship with extended family on both sides here in the US. My son has been very depressed as any one would be, but Mr. Hagler reviewed the documents my son brought and once he started talking it was very refreshing because Mr. Hagler was giving us the answers to our questions even before we asked them. Mr Hagler even touched on things we were unaware of and he understands the impact this is having on the whole family. Jim Hagler is the kind of Attorney and person that anyone in this type of situation needs to have on their side. To see my son after our meeting finally feeling that all is not lost was GREAT!
