I came to Mr. Hagler the day before my court date looking for help with parentage summons. He took one look at my paperwork and stated "this is a mess". He then in turn sorted thru the paperwork while asking questions and divised a plan to submit a motion to stay any further proceding. He then told m...e exactly how and where to submit motion, provide copies to judge and opposing attorney and wished me good luck and escorted me out... The next day in court, after several exchanges with the opposing attorney before the Judge may motion was granted. I have Mr. Hagler to thank for my success in court today. The one mistake I made during my divorce was not hiring the law firm of Jeffery M Leving to handle my case. I had a pending divorce case after I fired my first attorney who had no idea how to handle divorce case and misrepresenting me. James Hagler is a terrific, no nonsense lawyer. He handled a very sensitive post divorce matter.
