I came to Mr. Hagler the day before my court date looking for help with parentage summons. He took one look at my paperwork and stated "this is a mess". He then in turn sorted thru the paperwork while asking questions and divised a plan to submit a motion to stay any further proceding. He then told m...e exactly how and where to submit motion, provide copies to judge and opposing attorney and wished me good luck and escorted me out... The next day in court, after several exchanges with the opposing attorney before the Judge may motion was granted. I have Mr. Hagler to thank for my success in court today.
