Dhenu has been an exceptional lawyer to work with, and provided me (and my new employers) with incredible guidance and assistance throughout my H1-B visa transfer process to a new company. A lot has been said about Dhenu and how efficient and professional she is on this site and i 2nd all of that. We shopped around for a good immigration lawyer and Dhenu was our 4th one we went, for a consolation. She sat down for more then 30 mins and gave us a clear and a detailed picture and timelin...e of the process and what she requires from us. We immediately felt comfortable. I had couple of minor offenses which i was very worried about but she reassured me. She dealt with them and my entire file in a great detail and an organized manner. She relies heavily on doing lots of work prior to putting in the application. This i think gave a clear picture of who i was etc to the official dealing with my file at USCIS. We dealt with Jennifer (Paralegal) for all the paperwork. She was very organized and prompt with follow ups and returning calls. Overall, the entire process was made easy for us and now, i am a proud green card holder. It took us less then 8 months even though there was a delay from my end to gather some relevant paperwork and few other glitches. I highly recommend Dhenu if anybody is looking for a great lawyer.

We hired Dhenu to help with an H-1b transfer of a key employee in our business. This was time sensitive and required coordination from a number of people. One thing I noticed right away was that Dhenu did not want to take any short cuts, and she wanted us to be fully informed at each stage. Dhenu dissected the RFE thoroughly and explained what it meant and why we received it. That eased any concerns I had about losing this case.
