The Deratany firm represented my family in a wrongful death/medical practice suit and won! The attorney's Jay Deratany, Mike Kosner and Megan O'connor went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. They not only "represented" my family they were aggressive yet personable and they fought hard. T...hey did the necessary research, hired expert witnesses, were beyond prepared and kept me in the loop throughout the process. During our 2 week trial, my thoughts were even if we don't win, I know it's not because my attorneys weren't prepared.
