Never response

I am a realtor and I was the last one to know the deal is off. No response from my voice mail and email. When I called to ask the deal is off and he told me it is. I wonder why I don't get notice until listing agent called me. Leo asked me I am criticize him or not. I tried to work with him and ...asked him how can I do better to make whole communication better in the future if there is any chance. Eventually he told me he feels sorry my client didn't call me at the first place. If his way is better way, then my assumption is wrong - I thought attorney handles legal thing. In my case, the cancellation is legal thing.

Dissaponted

Mr. Aubel handled a case for me several years ago. Mr. Aubel did not return phone calls for weeks and sometimes months. I was left in the dark about upcoming court dates and other pertinent details of the case.

Smart, Patient, and Responsive...

Leo is extremely knowledgeable in the area of probate and specifically guardianship. He was able to navigate the very complicated area of guardianship and he was extremely patient with me and my family. My mom's guardianship matter also included the sale of her residence and leasing an apartment. ...Leo proved to be very knowledgeable in the area of real estate representing us in the sale of mom's property and negotiating a lease for a new apartment for mom. Dealing with a disability of a parent is extremely difficult and emotional, Leo made the whole process palatable. I would highly recommend Leo.

Top notch expert in his field

Leo always takes the necessary time to understand the complete scope of my transaction and provides valuable solutions. I may not always like his response, but I have the critical information to make solid decisions. Much to Leo's credit is his ability to be a true conselor and find a way to bring... people to resolution instead of litigation. That said, he's a tiger when he needs to be.

Real Estate Client

Mr. Aubel handled a sale closing for me. I was very stressed out over the sale and Mr. Aubel and his assistant were very patient with me. Mr. Aubel understood every aspect of the deal and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I was completely satisified from start to finish ...with his services. I have recommend other family members to Mr. Aubel.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
