OUTCOME: Appellate Court victory for our client.

Clients contracted to purchase high-end condominium. Buyer's husband died before the couple was able to close and terminated the Contract. Disgruntled Seller sued our Buyer client for more than Seller ... was entitled to. Seller lost in trial court on a motion to dismiss, but appealed anyway, even though Seller had already sold the same condominium to a third party.
