Leo G. Aubel

Mr. Aubel  is a top real estate attorney with a concentration on more complex, high-end deals. His practice focuses of many types of businesses, as well as professionals and entrepreneurs, in a wide variety of real estate transactions.

His diverse clientele includes developers, condominium associations, major non-profit organizations, government agencies, and national and regional bank trust departments. Mr. Aubel has decades of experience in real estate acquisitions, leasing and dispositions, including the development of office towers, shopping centers, condominium units and high-end residences. His commercial leasing work has focused on medical offices and facilities, bars and restaurants, and retail spaces, as well as the licensing of these facilities.

Inclusive in Mr. Aubel’s real estate practice is the drafting and negotiating of limited liability company operating agreements, license and easement agreements, facility sharing arrangements, construction and general contractor agreements, maintenance planning documentation, and property management agreements.
