Biography
I have been a general commercial trial lawyer for 37 years. I have tried well over 100 cases to final adjudication in state and Federal courts and in numerous arbitration forums throughout the Country. I keep my clients well-informed of the progress of their cases and what they should expect in terms of legal expense for each phase of their case.
I enjoy spending time on philanthropic pursuits, including serving on the boards of several not-for-profits.
I am nationally-ranked amateur Olympic-distance athlete who has been honored to compete on the US Triathlon teams in International competitions and have competed in the US National Triathlon Championships for the past two years.
I am married to my lovely wife Melanie and have 5 adult children all of whom give me great joy.
