Anthony J. Madonia, Esq., CPA, is the founder and partner of Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd., a premier law firm located in Des Plaines, Illinois. Anthony J. Madonia & Associates has been in business for over 25 years. An Attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Tony focuses on the areas of Estate Planning, Taxation, Wealth Counseling and Administration, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Law.
With a passion for helping clients preserve and protect their assets and interests, Tony helps businesses and the families they support to realize their goals and objectives. His dual concentration in both legal and tax allows him to provide a broad perspective when planning for growth or transition, especially during times of economic uncertainty. Tony works to anticipate various situations, structure assets, and related documents to address individual issues and circumstances with appropriate solutions.
Tony has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, a Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has taught Estates & Trusts and Estate Planning & Drafting as an adjunct Professor at John Marshall Law School. Tony is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, American Association of Attorney-CPA’s, the Wealth Counsel, the Small Business Advocacy Council and the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors.
Active within the legal profession, Tony is past Chairman of the Asset
Protection Committee of The Chicago Bar Association, is a member of
the Justinian Society of Lawyers and Mentor for the Illinois Supreme
Court – Committee on Professionalism. His community endeavors
include the Planned Giving Committee and Board of Advisers of
Catholic Charities of Chicago; BoardMember and Treasurer for both
Le Ballet Petit and The Safer Foundation; past President of the
Rotary International – Financial District Chapter and former Assistant
District Governor for Rotary International. Tony is a recognized Five
Star Wealth Manager by Five Star Professional, a frequent guest
speaker and has co-authored five books.
A native Chicagoan, Tony has been married to his wife, Jenny for 30
years. They have two sons and one daughter.

Helpful and Professional Estate Planning
We were searching for an estate planner in Chicagoland and are so pleased we met Tony and his associates. Name change
