Hands down Keith is the best attorney to represent service members. When it comes to the government they try to bully and lie to get their way for the results they want. Keith doesn't allow that. I had a ongoing case for well over a year. At times the stress was just too much. All I had to do was pic...k up the phone and call or text Keith and he was there every time with comforting words. Midnight. Weekends. Holidays. Didn't matter he was there. Was facing a very strict punishment for being wrongfully accused of sexual assault. After over a year of his hard work I got offered a NJP and ad sep with no rights to a ad sep board. Keith wasn't happy so he kept working. Next offer was NJP With rights to the ad sep board. I wasn't happy so neither was he. He kept fighting. Ultimately leading to nothing but a NJP where I didn't even lose pay. What could have been a dishonorable discharge and life in the brig turned into almost nothing because of his hard work and dedication. He puts his clients needs and wants first. He worked very hard for countless hours dealing with my command when they wouldn't do anything for me. He truly saved my life in every way possible and i will forever be in debt to him for that!

Keith was an outstanding advisor and lawyer during a two and a half year ordeal that ultimately led to a Board of Inquiry. Mr. Keith Scherer absolutely saved the day for our family and I will forever be grateful to him for his legal expertise and his guidance. From the very beginning to the very end, Mr. Scherer was supportive, responsive and appropriately aggressive with my husband's case. It was a difficult situation..., as my husband was already in the brig when I made the decision to seek assistance from a civilian attorney specializing in military law. I knew I had the very best representing the interests of my family and I was not disappointed. I have never seen such confidence and expertise in a court room. Mr. Scherer and his partner were respectful and appropriate, however; their presence was hard to miss. I know without a doubt, that if Mr. Scherer would not have represented my husband, that we would not have had the same result. After a long day of court, it was so rewarding to hear the final verdict from the jury, which was the best case scenario. After so many months of fear, to be able to hear that my husband was safe and this situation was over, well, there are no words to describe. Mr. Scherer had a huge smile on his face when it was all said and done, not because he had a "win", but because I believe he was sincere in his desire to help our family and he shared in our joy. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I will forever be grateful. I don't think Mr. Scherer truly understands what he did for our family, but the positive results of his intervention in this case will trickle throughout our lives as a reminder that life is precious. He will always be remembered as "the very best".

Mr. Scherer took over my case after almost a year of continuances with a less qualified attorney. He was patient and kind but delivered immediate and beneficial results. He not only restructured the plea bargain but he basically saved my life in the process with his comprehensive and involved strateg...ies. Keith is one of the most trustworthy lawyers you could possibly find. I was falsely accused of a crime that could have landed me 30 years in prison.
