Very deep knowledge in many areas of law. Provided well thought out interpretation with deliberative thinking of legal statutes for application in my case. Would certainly retain him again and have recommended him to other colleagues.

Jim Groth is a highly competent and service oriented attorney. He has been our corporated counsel for 6 years. His range of expertise- succession planning, ESOP, HR advisement and a full range of corporate issues has been excellent. He is highly service oriented and responsive. I feel like we have a "large law firm attorney" with incredible insigghts and attention. He is really good and won't hesitate to recommend other paths if out of his expertise. We are a better managed company because of Jim and his firm.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
