Exceptional Attorney w/ Unmatched Skill and Genuine Care

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alexis Martin, and I can confidently say that she is the best attorney I could ever imagine. Not only is she incredibly good at her work, but she is also down-to-earth and genuine, which made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. She strike...s the perfect balance between empathy and rationality, showing genuine care for her clients while providing clear, realistic advice. She definitely knows her stuff and she is an incredible writer! Her ability to give me confidence during a trying ordeal was truly remarkable. I felt like I was working with a friend who had my best interests at heart. Alexis Martin is not just an exceptionally skilled attorney, but also a real and relatable person. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Very professional and informative

Consulted with Attorney Martin in regards to a discrimination and retaliation claim against my employer. Ms. Martin was professional, caring, direct and to the point while listening to my entire complaint. Other attorneys I've spoke with were not near as professional, intelligent about the law, and i...nformative as Alexis Martin.

Amazing amazing lawyer who made impossible possible..Miracle worker..

I would strongly recommend Alexis to everyone facing immigration problem. I am sure that after 20 years when I ll look back I'd remember her as the person played one of the most crucial roles in shaping my life for better. I received my Masters in Biotech from Northwestern University and I got S...TEM OPT denied by USCIS for unpaid intern work like many others in fall 2013. After talking to many attorneys nationwide, none of the lawyers was ready to bet on my case till I talked to Alexis. She was very positive, professional and friendly. While rest of the people were going with Attorneys more than 20 years of experience, I went with Alexis for my life defining case. I even remember that couple of attorneys said that I should leave US as I290B success rate is 2%. We had just two weeks to file I290B when she started representing me. She had to learn all the technical aspects of my complex cancer research involving gold nanoparticles and cellular pathways, company profile, company history and all other technical details in that short time which is not easy. Apart from that Alexis went above and beyond and worked with other agencies and organization to best prepare my case within that short time frame. All her efforts worked out and I got my I290B approved right before Christmas and get my EAD today right before new year. I don't have words to express my deepest gratitude to Alexis for everything she has done for me. It wasn't about money, it wasn't about anything else; she genuinely went all out for me. To be honest I wasn't positive about the outcome and was packing my bags with heavy heart to join school in UK. I couldn't believe when I she called me to tell me that I got my STEM extended. I have no doubts in her abilities.. She is really a miracle worker... Amazing Lawyer..Amazing Professional.. Amazing Person..

"Attorney Alexis D. Martin is an exceptional immigration attorney. She has everything that you want in an immigration attorney. As a native Spanish speaker, I can tell you that her Spanish is great. Many attorneys today claim that they can speak Spanish, but they cannot. Alexis truly can, which makes her an asset to her clients. Most importantly, her knowledge of immigration law is amazing. Practicing immigration, I can tell you that I routinely call Attorney Martin for immigration advice. That is because she is knowledgable and loves to help people. With that said, she is always available to her clients, whether it is by phone or email. Yet she still makes every client feel like they are her only client. I fully endorse Attorney Martin for any immigration matters you may have as an individual or as a corporation looking for immigration assistance."
