Stephanie Sexauer

Stephanie was referred and recommended by a good friend. I referred Stephanie to my parents in connection with review of their estate documents. They were engaged, and worked with Stephanie to revise various documents as necessary. Following my father's passing, she and her team (collectively, "...Stephanie" or "she") administered the estate, and contacted necessary parties. As an attorney, and one who engages counsel in my professional role, I'm very discerning. My experience with Stephanie is that she is extremely professional, diligent and good at what she does. Stephanie is dedicated to and cares about her clients. Talking to people about matters associated with their mortality, and following through with family, is no doubt extremely challenging. But she approaches and handles deftly, with the best mix possible of professional and personal qualities. She is able to connect with people who have little knowledge about process, and who may be intimidated by it all, to offer excellent guidance and representation. She helps clients take a higher level, strategic view of their goals (that may evolve), and to put legal directives in place that optimize those objectives, while connecting and walking clients through the process at the most human, compassionate level. I offer my highest praise and recommendation.

Upon discussing further Stephanie wowed me with her knowledge of situations similar to mine and the strategy we would pursue. Overall she was 100% correct - and we were able to get the outcome we were seeking. Throughout... the process she maintained communication and answered all my questions in a timely matter.
