Stephanie Sexauer

I retained Stephanie to defend me in a recent five year probate case which alleged that I substantially failed to meet the terms of my Marital Settlement Agreement contract with my deceased ex-spouse. She provided an inadequate defense against the combative opposing probate counsel despite extensive... supportive discovery proving my MSA contract compliance. She dismissed efforts by my wife, who is my caretaker, to assist me. She offered to opposing counsel that I would pay an extravagant financial settlement. She said that she would withdraw her legal representation if I did not support this settlement offer. I changed representation to a different attorney.

Stephanie was referred and recommended by a good friend. I referred Stephanie to my parents in connection with review of their estate documents. They were engaged, and worked with Stephanie to revise various documents as necessary. Following my father's passing, she and her team (collectively, "...Stephanie" or "she") administered the estate, and contacted necessary parties.
