After 6 long years in Illinois court , living a couple hours away for 4 years. Morgan took on my case even with having a signed parenting agreement to keep jurisdiction in Illinois and other complications that would keep my case in Illinois. After Only 6 months about 4-6 court dates I was granted th...e transfer. She walked into that hearing like a boss! She layed it all out there no hesitation to go on to the next reasoning as to why. It just flowed from one argument to another as to why winning my case. This woman knows her stuff and is damn good presenting it to the judge. I’ve had attorneys in the past where they take your money, nearly impossible to get ahold of and a court date was the only time you spoke. From the day she received my novel of court documents there was constant communication. At times I didn’t understand her advice and fought back (of course she won) I’m glad I did listen to every bit of it. She knew the steps I needed to take outside court with my daughters father to show the judge I was trying. Morgan if most definitely amazing and loves what she does. Her work reflects that on how hard she will fight for her client. I wish I could bring her with me to Indiana! Finding an Indiana attorney nearly half as good as she is going to be almost impossible! Morgan Given helped me during a very difficult custody battle with my child and her father.
