This was such a challenging process, but it was smooth with Morgan by my side. Even in the midst of her own personal life transitions, Morgan was present, fierce, and flexible. Thanks to Morgan, I was able to take space to heal, and get what I could live with from that chapter of mine and my children...'s lives. Morgan is so good at what she does, she even kept my ex-husband at bay. Morgan, and Dean, are an attentive winning team who move with urgency and clarity, being detail-oriented and strategic in the way they handled the multiple layers of my case. Morgan & Madeline are AMAZING!! As expected, divorce is anything but easy. I was so nervous about everything especially having to hire an attorney. Where do we start, our case was all over the place literally, my husband children had been alienated from him for almost a year, we had been accused of practically any lie you can think of, we had hired a attorney prior to Morgan that talked a good game but didn’t give results, at some point we gave ...up,my husbands children's mom had token us thru hell and back for almost 4 years we were on our second attorney and losing hope we came across Morgan Givens, from day one she explained “ we wouldn’t have to worry and insured us things will be different” Morgan started our case and from our first court date up until the last court date, Morgan proved to be a ball of fire, she was always prepared, she filed all the right paperwork, she was available via email or call whenever needed... From 2011-2014 I have dealt with my separation/divorce and child custody with my ex husband. The entire legal proceeding was going literally in circles (go to court, the respondent gets an extension, then go back to court, just to have him get another extension). This cycle lasted a good 2 years. ...I was going to court at least 3x a month for a good year and eventually lost my job to that. The entire process depressed me because I was loosing at every corner. That caused me to loose my house that I was raising my 3 children and the correct amount of child support I am suppose to get. I eventually found out that my previous lawyer was corroborating with my ex husband's lawyer. I was devastated because my previous lawyer took the emotional situations in my life as her meal-ticket and ATM. It was time for a change. I happened to find Morgan in a Google search and instantly she was able to get in contact with me. Morgan was a breath of fresh air. After going through 2 years of back and forth in the court room with my previous lawyer, Morgan went to the first court date after hiring her and was able to get me a date for trial. Four months after hiring Morgan, my divorce was finalized and I got FULL AND SOLE CUSTODY with appropriate child support, plus many more provisions for my children. She has really impressed me and I retained her for my post divorce issue. Again, in the post divorce issues, Morgan came into the court room like a bulldog and fought fought fought restlessly for me. Over and over again, the judgement went in my and my children's favor. I don't know if this is material, but I will endorse Morgan on any level. She works without limits for me and is compassionate, responsive, truthful, and straight to the point. She is like David from the bible in the courtroom; her responds and arguments will take down the largest giants. I never had anyone to fight so hard for me in my life, not to talk about in the court room. Thank you Morgan, you have given me my life back. I will never ever forget you!
