We were referred to Joan thru a colleague and within hours of our first call with her we had information that laws had been broken and in our case we were rewarded $15k+ within 2 months. When your lawyer is focused and cares like Joan does, it is apparent in the outcome of your case. We can't rave enough about her expertise and professionalism, this resulted in a quick settlement on our rental agreement. The road to hell is paved with good intentions and renting living space should not be unpleasant by any means. Unfortunately i am not a home owner, and I've had nothing but terrible experiences with "landlords" persay. Essentially, Joan and her exceptional team have done nothing less than stellar fo...r myself when found in the worst light possible. Very professional, very diligent, and very thorough. Generally speaking i do not trust anybody- but quite frankly joan and her team have gained and earned my trust.
