Jeffrey was very professional and courteous. From our initial meeting he gave a detailed explanation of the divorce process and the steps I would need to take. He took a lot of the stress and anxiety off me. All I had to do was give him the information regarding the specifics of the case and he handled the rest. I was always able to reach him either via phone or e-mail. During each step of the process he kept me informed. On the court date I was very nervous but he made me feel at ease. I appreciate the fact that Jeffrey's attorney fee was affordable because other lawyers I met with wanted to charge a substantially higher amount. Jeffrey handled the case and made things less complicated for me. Jeffrey’s fees aren’t over the top like most attorneys. This law firm does not try to empty your pockets. In fact, Jeffrey is very understanding to his clients finances and he does his best to make accommodations. Didn't have a terribly complicated divorce, so Mr. Esser pushed the case through the court relatively fast. However, he isn't particularly communicative. It's been 2 months and I still haven't recieved a stamped copy of my finalized divorce (which I require to legally change my name) and it's been ov...er a month since last hearing from Mr. Esser. Kinda feel like I'm on my own as far as getting that stamped copy.
