Our case was filed four years ago, and was never resolved. Agata Gostynska Frakt is the worst lawyer I have ever came in contact with. Her office never returns phone calls, she is never available to talk to her clients, and she is very ignorant. She only returned our phone call once and told us that ...we need to pay her more money if we want her to continue on our case. Do not hire this lawyer, go with somebody else.

At the beginning I would like to say, I have had experience with different Attorneys in the US. They were helpful during closing or divorce. With Agata Gostynska cooperation was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend her for sure. There is very common in her office don’t picking up phone, no answering etc. ...In my opinion, she charged me too much and her job wasn’t equivalent to the money she took from me. But it is a result of paying money before service not after.

She does not answer calls, and the secretary constantly lies that she is not in the office. She asked for a retainer that I never got a bill with detailed charges. No explanation or detail on the hours she spent on the case. I overpaid based on a wrong estimate. When I requested a refund I was screa...med at!

This attorney is more of a used car sales man than an attorney. She has no knowledge of immigration laws and policies. She recommended that I proceed with an immigration case when a quick online search revealed I do not qualify for that case. She is also an ignorant person that does not care about yo...ur case just wants your money. Read some other reviews and you will see for yourself. Go with someone else.

Mrs. Gostynska was trying to handle our immigration case. We were sponsored trough my husband work for special skilled worker. To finish the 3 step process we had to go to Poland for the interview. She told us our case is very strong and was told by her to buy two way tickets. January, Interview did ...not go well. At the beginning we did know what exactly went wrong because let say at the Embassy misinformed us. After a month our lawyer finally called the Embassy (Feb) and asked what they want. At that time our case was already sent back to USCIS. In August we got the respond from USCIS. We had 30 to responds to it. Our lawyer informed us that we got the letter from USCIS and told us she will contact us the next day. She never did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She never responded to any of our emails. We do not recommend this lawyer. She has the knowledge but she does not care about the clients at all. She does not respond to her emails nor is she ever in her office. Really avoid if you can.
