Very Unprofessional

I had Mitch Furman as my lawyer to help with my case involving my daughter Olivia. He showed up to court smelling of liquor and cigarettes. He was very unpredictable. We are the customers, but, he thinks he runs the show. Not cool. Anyways, I just thought I would write this review to help anyone cons...idering him as your lawyer. He lied to my face. The scribble scrabble he wrote on a piece of paper as “ an official court document “ was the lie. While he told me that I lost my rights as Olivia’s mother; I am still her legal guardian. I have confirmed this with the courts. I am eligible to go back anytime. With all of the stress that Mitch has put me through, I will definitely be coming in for my compensation under the American disability’s act. That’s all.

Dear Kari, I wanted to thank you for taking the time to review my Firm's services. While honest reviews help aid others to determine as to whether they wish to engage the services of a particular attorney, your review is nowhere close to be truthful. First off, the case that I represented you on that you are referring to was filed in 2015. If my calculations are correct, which they are, this was 9 years ago. I am not completely sure why you waited all this time to call my office this morning and all of the sudden decided to leave 2 identical negative reviews both on Google and AVVO.com Second, and to set the record straight. For you to state that I showed up to court, smelling like liquor and cigarettes is a complete lie. In particular, during my few court appearances I handled on your behalf, before withdrawing from your case, my interaction with you were always in close proximity to the judge, state attorney, opposing counsel and social worker who were present in court. So, for you to be the solo complainant of alleged odor of smoke and liquor is defamatory and a blatant lie. Your allegations that I “lied to your face’” and that “the scribble scrabble I wrote on a piece of paper as an official court document, was the lie” makes absolutely no sense. If you are referring to a court order that the judge entered in your case as being erroneous, you should have brought it up to the court’s attention. Furthermore, it should be noted that before any court order is entered into official court record, it gets reviewed by all of the attorneys as well as the judge. So, if “scribble scabble,” which you are referring to was a lie, it would have not been entered by the court. On the positive note, I am happy to hear that you are still your daughter’s legal and wish you best of luck in the future. Sincerely, Mitch Furman.

He helped my son

My son was in trouble. I called Mitch, and all I asked was that he please help my son. He was very kind, warm and gracious to this mother, and assured me that he would help him. And he did. He got my son’s case dismissed. God bless him! I would definitely use his services again if I needed them.

The best lawyer

My name is Saeed, i'm very glad to post my review of this law office today. I have been greatly helped and the work of Mr. Mitch Furman was outstanding. From day my case started till we succeeded, he was cooperative and engaging. His experience helped me settle an Assault case that was accused on me.... I don't really know how to express my experience with Mitch Furman. All i can say is that he was the best lawyer i have ever had.
