Purchasers of a single residence home brought suit against sellers. Buyers alleged fraud, and violation of the Residential Disclosure Act, claiming that full disclosure was not made regarding flooding ... in the basement and crawl space areas of the house. Plaintiffs were seeking over one hundred thousand dollars in compensatory damages. After two separate trials the jury returned a verdict of not guilty, deciding that no fraud occurred.
