After not so great communication and bad handling by my first lawyer, I find Mr. Napoli a fresh air and a lifesaver!!! I totally agree with couple other posts mentioning that he's not your everyday 9-5 lawyer. He has given me very insightful opinion on my case during consultation and on the same ...day, I sent over my docs and he's already reviewing it and communicating with me thru emails on the same night! My ex wants to change his visitation and child support. He sees the problem right away and explains the steps to take which makes the most sense. As a divorced mother with multiple young children, he saved me from doing the unnecessary paperwork pushed by my first lawyer. He's an expert in law and very honest about what's worth pursuing and what's not and possible timeline ahead. I was referred to Joe by a friend who went through several attorneys prior, to handle my divorce (during the pandemic). Joe did an excellent job of listening with intent when I explained my want for 50/50 custody. He was able you guide me with knowledge and details of how he wanted to handle my case/the court system.
