I hired Joe for a paternity case that I was already in court for. Misha went through five lawyers before hiring Joe and what I remember distinctively was Misha saying, the difference between Joe and all the other lawyers was that Joe was a fighter. When I met with Joe my daughters mother had taken my daughter out of the country and wouldn't bring her back, I didn't see my daughter for 4 month. When my daughters mother realized that if she didn't bring her back she would get arrested she then filed a restraining order against me falsely accusing be a physical abuse. When in court it caught myself and Joe by surprise but Joe kept his cool and mandated to have a hearing ASAP. The other lawyer tried to extend it for another 30 to 45 days but Joe said 1 week. He convinced the Judge not to kick this case down the line but to hear it ASAP and the Judge agreed. I'm so thankful to Joe and everything he has done. And by the way, I was eventually awarded Permanent Full Custody of my 6 year old daughter. This would have never happened if I went with another lawyer. Joe fought for me and continues to give me advise when I need it. I have refereed Joe to other friends of mine and will continue to refer him to whom asks.
