I was extremely pleased with my experience with Erin as my lawyer. She represented me in developing a prenuptial agreement. As this was new territory for me, I greatly appreciated the time she took to walk me through the process and to explain her thought process behind why we should add certain thin...gs to the agreement. When you are putting together a prenup, you’re also planning your wedding and thinking about a happy future with the person you love; it’s very hard to imagine needing to use the prenup or a situation in which your future spouse might not have your best interest in mind. Erin did a excellent job of getting me to think about the “what ifs” and helped me advocate for myself to make sure I’m protected and that the agreement was fair for both myself and my fiancé. While Erin was a wonderful advocate for me, she didn’t push me to keep asking for more or to include anything over-the-top in the agreement. When we first spoke, I told her I wanted an agreement that was fair, respectful and equitable to both parties. This impressed me and really exhibited that she’s ethical and responsive to the desires of her clients. Erin is also incredibly efficient and responsive. She always responded to my emails quickly and got changes to me within a few hours. Our meetings were mostly by phone, which made life so much easier for me. When my fiancé’s counsel was taking a long time to get back to us or neglected to update documents, Erin was persistent in her follow up and pushed them to meet deadlines. I always felt that she was mindful of my time and my money by doing her best to not prolong the process and working to keep the opposing counsel on schedule. I highly recommend Erin to anyone who is looking for representation that is smart, effective, fair and efficient. While I hope to never need her services again, I would not hesitate to hire Erin again.
