Vicki Kelly takes great pride in her career! It showed when it came to dealing with my case. She was exceptional at handling the sensitive matters of my child custody. She listens to all of your concerns in addressing each of them and letting you know when it's a major to minor point. She will alwa...ys have your best interest at heart. She is very open and honest. My case was drawn out for almost a year; it kept getting pushed back due to other reasons. Vicki felt my frustration and started making demands. She never let up on the GAL assigned to my case and got a pretrial set. When my ex wife made false accusations against me, Vicki addressed them immediately. Her pretrial memos were flawless, she is well organized. She is quick to respond through email. Only one court date she could not attend due to another court appearance; she sent Hilary Sefton in her place. Met Hilary for only an hour but felt I knew her just as long as Vicki. She too was on her A game! My ex wife and I were in a conflict when it came to visitation. We had 50/50 custody for the last 6 years and I wanted it revised in our JPA. Standing our ground and Vicki having full knowledge of the law and the facts of my case I WON!!!! I have been through a lot of personal struggles and this was something that I really needed. I love my children very much and Vicki knew that! There is a reason why she was awarded 2015-2016 Pro Bono Service Award. She thinks with her heart and head!!! I will forever be indebted to her. I hired this firm when I had filled for divorce in 2009 and their performance was absolute then and they still continue to give you all they can. They work with you when it comes to making payments. I was already divorced, but my ex and I had been in mediation (not through Victoria Kelly) regarding a residential custody and child support change. It wasn't particularly contentious, but it was dragging on... there were typos and quality issues in the drafting, and I felt the mediator was just gou...ging us for money. I consulted Mrs. Kelly, and agreed with my ex to fire the mediator. Mrs. Kelly worked with my ex's lawyer to quickly revise and file all the correct paperwork, and provided prudent advice on protocol and how to communicate with my ex to resolve the situation quickly. She was also easy to work with on payments. I would use her again if I had a future issue.
