also known as Vicki
Victoria (Vicki) Kelly takes great pride in navigating her clients through complicated family law issues. She is a tireless advocate when dealing with some of life’s most sensitive matters, including divorce, child support, custody, domestic violence, pre-nuptial agreements and post-degree issues. She goes above and beyond to ensure that no stone (or asset) goes unturned. She loves a challenging case that requires her to think of an innovative resolution. She has a particular fondness for adoption cases, and feels great satisfaction from a positive family outcome for her clients.
Vicki is compassionate, but will be steadfast in defense of your best interests. She has confidence in her knowledge of the law, and experience with a wide array of circumstances. This expertise is a valuable advantage to her clients, many of whom hire her again and again.
The greatest reward for Vicki is hearing from a client long after their case is closed. She loves keeping in touch, and especially receiving updates of happy and thriving children.
In addition to her work at Grunyk & Associates, Vicki loves spending time with her family. She is thrilled to be raising two young daughters. The most important goal in her life is to be a good role model for her girls. She is also an avid runner, and always planning her next race. Vicki has completed two full marathons and several half marathons. She finds running to be a great stress reliever, and long races in particular are an excellent way to sharpen both physical and mental strength. She is a huge sports fan, always cheering on her favorite Chicago teams, specifically the Blackhawks, Bears and Cubs.
Vicki grew up on the south side of Chicago and now resides in the south suburbs. She attended Quincy University for her undergraduate, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Finance. She also played on the softball team at Quincy. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University. As a law student at NIU, Vicki served as the Joint Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society and received graduation honors for completing 60 hours of Pro Bono service. She was also honored with the Greatest Contribution to Advocacy Award for the class of 2008.
Vicki eagerly monitors any changes and trends in Illinois Family Law. She prepares monthly updates of case law for the DuPage Family Law Committee, and has had the opportunity to educate others at various speaking engagements. She is a member of the DuPage County Bar Associate, the Will County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Vicki is also a proud and active member of Dynamic Women’s Networking Group, where she meets twice a month with her group in the south suburbs.
Vicki is a recipeint of the the 2015-2016 Pro Bono Service Award from the DuPage County Bar Association.

We hired Victoria Kelly to handle a complicated and contentious case. Although she has a friendly disposition, her apparent lack of knowledge and experience in handling the case became evident with subsequent court hearings. Important evidence and clues were missed during hearings. At one point, she ...
