Practice areas
The majority of my practice involves divorce, parentage, maintenance, child support, allocation of parental responsibility (formerly called child custody), parenting time & related matters. Practicing in DuPage, Kane, Will, Kendall and Cook Counties.
Many family law matters can be resolved by way of mediation. The process allows the parties to maintain control of the decisions that are right for their family, save a great deal on attorney's fees, and reach the best solution for all involved.
We provide services for all types of adoption, foreign, domestic, related and unrelated. Helping to build families through adoption is one of the great joys of my work.
The stress of overwhelming debt can have a negative impact on a person's overall quality of life. While Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy may not be the answer for each person's situation, it may be the key to open your way to financial freedom.
