Highly Recommend

I was pulled over for speeding and was arrested for DUI. Even though I was guilty and blew a 1.79 Marshall Libert went above and beyond to fight on my behalf. He isn’t your average lawyer who takes your money and tells you that it’s a “ lose lose “ you blew like most attorneys I spoke with before hir...ing Marshall Libert. Because of him I was still able to keep my License when it should of been revoked especially for a second offense and was able to continue driving to work and support my family.

Review

Absolutely the best attorney I've hired hands down. I was arrested on a dui along with many other tickets and on the first hearing was able to get my summary suspension thrown out along with a few other tickets. I highly recommend Marshall and would use him in the future.

Supportive and Informative

Marshall was very supportive throughout the whole process of my DUI. This is a stressful situation for anyone, and especially someone who's a first-time offender with limited funds. It's one thing to have good representation in the court room, but to have the support and guidance necessary to deal wi...th something like this outside of it was instrumental, and Marshall did just that. He was accessible, knowledgeable, and fought hard for me. Unfortunately, the town I was charged in is a huge stickler about rescinding summary suspensions, but that didn't stop Marshall from fighting tooth-and-nail for it for me, all to save me some money. He ended up getting me a wonderful plea agreement that saved me tons of money anyway, and I am very grateful. This man will fight for you!

THE BEST

I was 20 when I got my first DUI. Marshal was super responsive & very knowledgeable . He never failed to answer any of my questions . He showed up to all my court dates on time & prepared . He went above & beyond by answering all my questions & being there for me . I ended up beating the case with su...pervision . Highly recommended!!!

UNJUST DUI ARREST

I, retained Marshall when I was unjustly charged with a DUI. Marshall walked me through the entire ordeal as my anxiety level was extremely high. With his knowledge, great counsel & as well as hard work, he saw through & brought forth to the judge the conflicting testimony of 2-officers. Effectively..., when challenged, my desired result of "not guilty" was achieved. Thank you Marshall!

"Marshall and I were both prosecutors in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and Marshall had many years of experience as a criminal prosecutor before entering private practice. Marshall has a solid foundation in all aspects of criminal defense, DUI, and traffic law. Having experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney provides him with a distinct edge over other private lawyers. He has years of litigation experience and can handle practically any type of motion hearing or trial from the most complex felony matter to basic ordinance violations and misdemeanors. Furthermore, his experience as a former prosecutor makes him very effective in plea negotiations if a case is not appropriate for trial. I endorse Mr. Libert and highly recommend his services."
