Mark Edward Becker

I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Mark Becker to exercise extreme caution. My family had an unfortunate experience with him after he took on my mother’s case, promising a flat fee agreement. We paid him $10,000 up front, but soon after, he began demanding more money, claiming he now wanted ...to bill hourly. Mr. Becker’s behavior was highly unprofessional throughout. He made repeated late-night phone calls, often speaking in a hostile and aggressive tone, pressuring us for more money. He was fully aware that my mother had no income and was relying on her children for legal support, yet he still exploited our situation. Ultimately, he withdrew from the case at the very first court appearance, leaving my mother without representation. His conduct raises serious ethical concerns, and in our opinion, he took advantage of a vulnerable client. We believe it is important to warn others: based on our experience, this attorney does not act in good faith, and working with him can be emotionally and financially damaging.

Do not hire this lawyer!!! Went through a split which involved children and was directed towards Mark Becker. He did so far from look out for me. My ex added stuff into the parenting agreement that I didn't realize how bad it was at the time and Mark offered no guidance or protection. I've sought out... new attorneys to fix the mess that Mark allowed to happen under his representation and the attorneys I've spoke to can't believe how bad Mark allowed the parenting agreement to be. On top of it, I've had to speak to his assistant Bernadette numerous times. I was charged for phone calls that never happened. Billed triple for simple 10 minute tasks. And I had to have his his assistant write off my account because I went through my statements and realized I had paid him off over time and there were still somehow $2,000+ charged magically appearing on my account. This is NOT the lawyer you want to use and he forever ruined my kids' future by being driven by greed instead of guidance.
