James did a great job in alleviating the stress that our former tenants continually caused us. He helped out in settling payment for tenants who refused to pay the last month's rent, removed appliances and played games with trying to get out of responsibilities that they agreed to in our contract. ...James did a great job with letting me know my rights as a landlord and what the best route to go down was to make sure that I was within my boundaries. He also took over all communications with the tenants as it was obvious that tension had escalated. He was very fair in his pricing and helped with creating a new Lease Agreement to help stop these issues from happening in the future.
