However, when I am fortunate enough to come across individuals who are above and beyond others in the same discipline- I find it necessary to do so. Mr. Bebawy was a professional, timely and effective attorney. We had a very d...ifficult eviction in cook county. The tenant was delinquent on almost every term of the lease. The laws are not in favor of landlords. I went through two previous large firms and they were hopelessly unsuccessful. I was skeptical as to how changing to a third firm could possibly yield a different outcome. Fortunately - I found Bebawy Law. From the time the case was initially discussed- expectations were laid out, plan was drawn up, and action was taken. It only took two months for Mr. Bebawy to accomplished what others could not over twelve months! He diligently prognosticated potential challenges and prospectively built an insurmountable case.
